I had a wonderful stay with helpful and friendly staff who provided a freshly cleaned and modern room. The apartment was spacious and had a fantastic view from the balcony. Additionally, the hotel's location was close to the slopes and had free shuttle buses available. Breakfast every morning was enjoyable with homemade jams and fresh bread, and it made my day start perfectly.

The room was very clean and the beds were very good. Also, the breakfast was good. Not a great selection but we were asked everyday if we wanted eggs any style - and that is ofcourse great!

The daily maid service ensures that the rooms are always clean and pleasant to return to. A boot room and parking at the front door add to the convenience. Staff is wonderful and prompt. Bread, croissants, and mountain of Christmas cookies make for perfect snacking. Guests can enjoy the fitness room and spa with a steam room and sauna after a tiring day of skiing.

The room was clean and tidy.

I found the staff very unpleasant. A friend drove all the way from Geneva to meet me and arrived at 7am. My other friend who I had been staying with left the room to ski allowing my friend from Geneva to catch a few hours sleep. The owner of the hotel was not happy with this and continually tried to enter the room whilst we were sleeping.

Spent Christmas in this hotel and had a great time! The breakfast was amazing, loved the traditional Austrian food and the option for eggs made a great start to the day before hitting the slopes. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the ski lifts and a short walk to the town centre. The room was also very comfortable, with a cozy bed and everything was very clean.

The Wi-Fi was not that great and kept disconnecting. , the spa area was a bit disappointing, as it was closed for a few days during our stay.

The room was too small and not as clean as it should have been. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat.
